Refund policy

SN Yacht Products offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective.

Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.

To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to parts@snyacht.com. Be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

If your product experiences any issues after the exchange period please contact the manufacturer for warranty claims and repairs. Many of the products listed come with a one-year manufacturer warranty or more.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Pack the merchandise using an outer carton - Please do not write on, tape, or label the original packaging. All returns must be insured for its value, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Include emailed RMA Authorization Form in the outer carton.

SN Yacht Products is not responsible for freight on any return.

All items returned must be in new, complete, and sellable condition.  All returns are subject to the reimbursement of our outbound freight costs.  Standard packages will be subject to a flat $20 fee.  Oversized/excessive weight packages will be subject to outbound freight plus a $20 handling fee.

All returns requested past 30 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

Opened package returns: SN Yacht Products does not accept returns of products that have been installed or damaged.  All open package returns are subject to inspection and a restocking fee may be assessed at our discretion.

 Warranty Policy

All warranty issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance to the manufacturer’s warranty.  All returns for warranty must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
